Register the referral
Download the referral form below and fill one out for each job you send — it takes a minute, and it's what puts your name on the file. A registered referral can never be disputed, forgotten, or claimed by someone else.

We do the work
Your client gets the same itemized estimate and finish standard as every Benco job. You stay as involved as you want to be.

You earn 5%
Of the completed job total, paid once the final invoice is settled. A $10,000 bathroom pays you $500 - tracked from your referral form through to final payment, not left to memory.

One condition, and it protects you as much as us: commission is paid only on referrals registered with a completed referral form — one per job, submitted before or with the referral. - How does the referral commission work?
- Download the referral form from this page, complete one for each job you send, and email it to estimate@bencoremodeling.com - that registers the referral and puts your name on the file. When the job completes and the customer's final payment clears, we pay you 5% of the job total. Commission is only paid on referrals registered by a completed form, so send it in before or with the referral. Simple written terms, kept in line with your brokerage's referral policies.
- Can you give an itemized estimate my client or owner can approve?
- Yes. Every estimate is written line by line, so an owner can approve some items and defer others without the job being re-quoted.
- What does a repaint cost?
- Interior painting is $2.50 per square foot of wall surface for two prepped coats, $2.00 per square foot for ceilings, and $3.00 per linear foot for trim, with a $450 minimum. Our painting calculator prices a unit in about a minute.Open the painting calculator
