Benco Remodeling is a local crew working across Buffalo & Amherst, NY and the surrounding Western New York communities. We're hiring, and we partner with established crews when jobs run bigger than our own. Hours are Mon–Sat, 8am–6pm.
Open roles
Painter
Interior repaints in occupied homes. Cut lines by hand, roll even, and leave the room cleaner than you found it.
Tile / flooring installer
Tile, luxury vinyl and hardwood. If you dry-lay before you set and check for level twice, you'll fit right in.
Laborer / helper
No experience required — show up on time, work carefully, and learn a trade from people who take it seriously.
Subcontractor partnerships
Run a painting or remodel crew? When our schedule fills, we'd rather bring in a good crew than turn down good work.

Your work goes out under our name, so it's held to the same finish standard as ours. We walk every job before the customer does.
The paperwork
A certificate of insurance and a W-9 before the first job. Standard terms, no surprises.
