What does a pre-listing repaint cost?
It depends on the size of the house, the condition of the walls, and how much of it actually needs doing - often it is three rooms, not the whole house. Every price includes prep and two full coats, with a $450 minimum.

Tell us the date the photographer is booked and we will tell you honestly whether the scope fits before it. The schedule is set in writing before work starts, and an empty or staged-empty house is the fastest kind there is to work in.
