Common questions
Should I refinish my hardwood or replace it?
If the boards are solid and thick enough to sand, refinishing is almost always cheaper and keeps the original floor. We'll look at what you have and tell you honestly which way is the better spend.
Do you move furniture and remove the old flooring?
Yes. Moving furniture, tear-out and disposal can all be included. Ask for them to be itemised on your estimate so you can see what each part costs.
Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are free and carry no obligation. We walk the space, talk through what you want, and put the numbers in writing so you can compare them against anyone else.
